Research found that students' skills, especially in making ceremonial facilities, can be said to be lacking. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many students who have not been able to make ceremonial facilities such as making ketupat, tawar containers, decorations in the lap for basarah, lack of interest in making ceremonial facilities, and there are still students who are not focused on the learning process so that in this case it requires more efforts to improve student skills in making ceremonial facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of learning the introduction of Hindu religious events on the skills of making religious ceremony facilities for students of the Hindu religious education study program of the Hindu Religious Institute of the State Tampung Penyang (IAHN TP) Palangka Raya.</em></p> <p><em>This type of research uses a quantitative research approach, with survey methods and data collection methods used for observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Beberapa pertanyaan kunci menjadi acuan penulis antara lain faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan manajemen kearsipan serta strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkannya. One of the main factors that is very influential in the success of learning is the presence of the teacher. At SMAN 1 Kahayan Hulu Utara, Gunung Mas Regency, it was found that students were less active during the learning process and paid less attention to the material presented by the teacher, most students were busy alone with their classmates. This is because the learning methods used by teachers in delivering material have not been able to actively involve students. So students become lazy to ask questions and express their opinions, there is a lack of student understanding of the concepts used. One of the factors identified is the limited ability of teachers to deliver material and the lack of involving students in the learning process. In learning Hinduism, the method currently used is the direct learning model.</em></p> <p><em>The research method used is qualitative research, and the technique for determining informants uses purposive. Data obtained by observation, interviews, and smartphones as instruments in this research. The data analysis technique goes through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research were studied using humanistic theory and motivation theory.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of direct learning in Hindu learning subjects at SMAN 1 Kahayan Hulu Utara, Gunung Mas Regency, is carried out by teachers by first carrying out learning activities, such as presenting materials, presenting lessons to attract students' attention, providing structured exercises by strengthening the correct response to students, and motivating and evoking students' work results. Building critical thinking aims to identify and understand the implicit assumptions underlying an argument, thereby increasing students' capacity to adapt to cultural and value diversity. For students of the Hindu Religious Education Study Program, this critical thinking ability is crucial, because they are required to be able to integrate Hindu spiritual values ​​with the challenges of education in a multicultural era. The application of PBL in Professional Education and Teaching courses also supports the formation of student character as prospective educators who are professional and have integrity. Implementation of PBL by building critical thinking in the Education and Teaching Professionals course, which is one of the relevant courses for developing critical thinking skills. Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen yang baik, benar dan juga tepat kelola dalam pengalokasian penggunaan dana bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Delik 01 Kecamatan Tuntang, Kabupaten Semarang. Adapun &nbsp;tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah &nbsp;untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai pada pertanggungjawaban penggunaannya di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan&nbsp; data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik wawancara secara langsung dan observasi. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi kebenaran data.
